(Life is not worth living without good food and good wine!)

| This is Fabien (Fah-bee-on) Great Chef & fun guy, but Fabien doesn't speak much English! |
Our goal is to work with our Chefs to provide an authentic taste of local cuisine. While we skip the more "exotic" regional game meats at the Villa (don't worry—if you’re adventurous like I am, you’ll have plenty of chances to try those during our lunch outings!), our Villa dinners focus on popular French dishes with a distinct Mediterranean & Provençal twist.
Meet Your Chefs
You are going to love our culinary team, Fabien and Coralie. They are a wonderful, talented local married couple who bring so much heart & passion to the kitchen.
Fabien: A fantastic chef and a lot of fun (and he speaks great French!).
Coralie: Equally talented and speaks great English & French!
A Note on Health & Safety
This is the actual Breakfast Buffet we set up in the kitchen...We try to vary it a little daily... |
Our dinners at the Villa are served “Family Style,” which means we all pass the platters and share in the feast. Because of this, it is vital that we know of any Medically Restrictive Food Allergies you may have.
While we strive to choose menus with universal appeal, your safety is our priority. Please keep in mind that Provençal cooking is deeply seasonal ~ unlike in the States, if strawberries aren't in season, they simply won't be on the table!
If you have a medical allergy, please email us by this Friday, May 8th:

Daily Dining at the Villa
| Coralie & Fabien - they're married and a very sweet couple... You'll love them! They make great foods ! |
Beverages: American coffee, espresso, fresh cream, assorted teas, juices, waters and even Prosecco or Mimosas for a sparkling start.
The Spread: Granolas, nuts, seeds, yogurts, prunes, and a vibrant array of seasonal fruits, melons, berries, and figs.
Savory & Sweet: A daily cheese board featuring local hard and soft cheeses; specialty meats like Soppressata, Capicola, and Prosciutto; hot scrambled eggs with cheese and pancetta; and a toasting station with breads, pastries, jams, and lavender honey.
Family-Style Dinners:
Evenings begin with Happy Hour and appetizers in the Solarium, or out on The Terrace... followed by a communal feast, usually outside under the vine-covered loggia. Menus feature fresh salads and main courses including beef, poultry, lamb, fresh fish, pork, and pastas, concluding with homemade desserts.
The Bar & Late-Night Snacks:
The bar (Wine, Champagne, Prosecco, and Beer) is open all day until 10:00 PM, along with a full selection of sodas, juices. and waters... For those with the "late-night munchies," we keep a well-stocked Snack Basket in the kitchen filled with French chocolates, nuts, chips, cookies, and fruit, ~ just help yourself!
We want to ensure you are safe, well-fed, and having the culinary experience of a lifetime. If you haven't alerted us to a medical allergy yet, please send that email today!
We are getting so excited ~ only 45 days until we meet up in Provence!
A bientôt!
